My name is JJ, I'm a 26 year-old gentleman from a depressive little town on the west coast of Scotland by the name of Oban, which is famous for its rain and its whisky - two things which seem to medicate one another.

Scott Monument, Edinburgh.  This building mesmerised me.  Any time I have walked down Princes Street I haven’t been far enough down to see it for myself.  But last week we tread the pavements of Princes Street often enough for me to become completely captivated by the gothic qualities of this.  It’s so eerie and dominant.
