“Apparently the world is going to end soon. The alert warning of the potential of a terrorist attack in Britain has been raised to “severe”. I wonder if today’s mist was terrorist-related? You just don’t know how those damn terrorists - whoever they may be - are going to attack us next. Can I use “fear of terrorism” as a reason why I can’t go into work tomorrow morning?”
